OMG this is the easiest and yummiest BBQ chicken kabobs ever!
Simply mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a small bowl.
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and place in a large bowl.
Pour the marinade over the chicken, cover and let marinate in the fridge for about an hour.
In the mean time soak your wooden skewers in warm water for about half an hour, so that they don't burn while grilling.
Cut a variety of colorful bell peppers and red onion into 1 inch cubes as well.
Remove the skewers from the water and place chicken, peppers and onions on the skewers however you like, Make them look pretty and uniform.
Grill as desired, I grilled them this time on my cast iron skillet. (Due to the weather)
But BBQing on a charcoal grill is best, giving an amaing smokey flavour.
That's pretty much it. i served with saffron rice and a chick pea salad. So quick, so easy and oh so yummy!
Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family does. My kids can get enough of these kabobs!
