Preheat over to 400 degrees Celsius.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with the oil.
Coat each piece of chicken well with the marinade.
I prefer to do this in the pan I will be baking in. Less dishes to wash.
Make sure to coat both sides and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes before baking.
Right before baking add a little butter on top to help get that golden brown color.
Bake covered for 20 minutes. and uncovered for another 10 minutes until desired golden brown color is reached.
The drippings make a great sauce to serve with the chicken.
Garnish with fresh parsley right before serving.
This dish tastes amazing with just about any veggies and potatoes.

INGREDIENTS: For Marinade
6 skinless chicken leg (thigh attached)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 teaspoons Kissan Tandoori Masala
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1-2 teaspoons red chili powder or paprika (optional)
1 teaspoon each dried thyme & rosemary
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
2 teaspoons black pepper powder
2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley
