INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken breasts or thighs
2 tablespoons good quality balsamic vinegar
juice of half of a lime
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic finely minced
1/4 teaspoon each dried, thyme & rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
fresh chopped parsley

Preparation:
You are going to love how versatile this recipe is.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Take a large plastic Ziploc bag, add in the chicken
and the marinade. Ziploc and store in the fridge for an hour or more.
Grill it, bake it, saute it with veggies, pan fry it.... Its quick and easy and great for summer BBQ's.
