Ingredients - For the marinade
8 -10 skinless chicken drum sticks
4 tablespoons Kissan Tandoori Masala
1 tablespoon Kissan Garam Masala
½ cup of your favorite Smokey BBQ sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons Cooking oil + extra for cooking
Fresh lime wedges
You are going to love how versatile this recipe is.
Mix all wet and dry ingredients in a bowl,
Marinate chicken pieces with the mixture for 1 hour to overnight.
Add cooking oil in a cast iron pan, of frying pan (you can grill if you prefer for a smokey flavor)
Place chicken pieces into a hot pan making sure all pieces are touching the pan's surface to get that golden lovely charred flavor.
Cover and finish cooking. For the last few minutes turn up the heat to make sure that the sugars have caramelized and each piece has a char.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and squeeze of lime. Serve with your favorite rice, naan, or roti.
